The following are the few things to note before you coming to our flats on the first day of your reservation.
What to bring 🧳 需要携带的物品：:
We don’t suggest our residents carry a lot of things, as we will prepare everything for you, including a simple beddings like pillow, pillow case, duvet, mattress cover, toothbrush, toothpaste, towels, shower gels, shampoo, etc., for your first day of stay. If you would like to have your own style of bedding, we suggest you buy it in Hong Kong once you settle down.
Supermarkets and restaurants are all within a 10-minute walking distance from all our flats, so you can buy some simple items in the supermarkets as well. Additionally, big shopping malls are within walking distance too.
Things to bring for living: Some clothes in the season, and other personal stuff.
我们不建议住客携带太多物品，因为我们已经为你准备好基本的生活用品，包括简单的寝具，例如：枕头、枕头套、被子、床垫套、牙刷、牙膏、毛巾、沐浴露、洗发水等，方便你第一天入住就可以轻松生活。如果你想要自己风格的床上用品，建议你在安顿下来后在香港购买。
所有公寓附近10分钟步行范围内都有超市和餐厅，也可以在超市买到一些生活小物品。另外，大型购物中心也都在步行范围内。
👕 建议携带的生活用品： 一些应季的衣物，以及你个人需要的物品。
For the first day:
We will need to schedule a time together to meet in the flat to demonstrate you how to use the appliances like water heater for shower and washing machine, where to throw the trash, pass you the keys and how to use the locks etc; also we will need to collect the rents and handle the tenancy paper works.
我们需要与你约一个时间，在公寓内见面，向你演示如何使用一些电器，例如：热水器（用于洗澡）、洗衣机，告诉你垃圾应该扔在哪里，交接钥匙，并说明门锁的使用方法等；另外，我们也需要收取房租，并处理租赁相关的文件手续。
Planning ahead:
Summer is usually a peak season for coming to Hong Kong, please plan your trip ahead:
1. Book the necessary air / train tickets / hotels
2. Update us your HK arrival time
夏季通常是前往香港的高峰期，请提前规划你的行程：
1. 预订所需的机票 / 火车票 / 酒店
2. 抵达香港后，请及时告知我们你的到港时间

Please let us know the scheduled exact time to arrive the building, we will need to prepare the tenancy agreement, and teach you how to operate the appliances and where to throw the trash, etc, please let us know in the group and we will assign a colleague to take care of this, will let you know the HK phone no. also to contact and stay in touch!
