2. Water Heater 热水器

Water Heater Switch is outside the kitchen entrance, please turn it on and pre-heat for 10 mins to take shower 🙂

3. AC in the bedroom 卧室空调

Every bedroom equips with AC, please close the window(s) when turning on the AC, and close it before leave 🙂

4. Trash

Help to keep the apartment clean and tidy, suggest to throw the trashes in the trash bin at the backstairs (Normally next to the elevator or near)

5. Clothes Dryer

Please try to turn on dryer to dry clothes when there is no AC on and no one using the living room, suggest to be in the mid-night.

Since the cleaner comes only once per month, suggest to take turn to clear the trash bins, clean the toilet / kitchen after using it, and take turn to mop the floor
